The Pen & Parchment is situated on the edge of town. We have retained traditional features such as the original beams, but added contemporary style touches such as lovely leather sofas and bucket seats, so you can enjoy a relaxing drink alone or with friends.

Restaurant & Bar Menus

Seating for up to 80 covers inside and for the summer months we have over 100 covers outside. There is no separate dining area and tables are filled on a first come first served basis. We have a TV which shows major sporting events and is on a rolling news channel.

You can choose to dine throughout. Quality, cooked to order, pub food is available daily until late from a very good menu, offering a wide variety of dishes, with something to suit all tastes. A traditional carvery on a Sunday is a must for those who enjoy food.
